RECOMMENDATION LETTER

July 15, 2023  JESSICA SANCHEZ Club President Volunteers In Action Club Dear Ms. Jessica,            I am writing this letter of recommendation to address the matter of student attendance in school activities. While it is praiseworthy that our school places emphasis on student involvement in various events, I believe it is crucial to tackle the challenges arising from poorly organized and time-consuming activities.            I have noticed that the planning and management of these activities could be improved, resulting in conflicts and consuming excessive time for both students and faculty. It is essential to acknowledge that spending too much time on activities can adversely affect students’ well-being, academic performance, and their ability to maintain a balanced life.            In view of these concerns, I would like to propose a few suggestions to address the issues and the attendance process. Firstly, implementing enhanced planning and scheduling methods will ensure a well-

PROPOSAL

BLAIRE NICOLE FLORES TACES Club President Assumption College of Nabunturan July 18,2023 Dear Ms. Flores,           I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As a member of TACES, I am writing to propose a more effective and equitable penalty system for non-attendance during club activities, as well as an improved attendance management strategy. By implementing these changes, we aim to enhance the overall experience and ensure better participation from our members.            Currently, TACES imposes fines for non-attendance during club activities. However, we propose replacing this monetary penalty with a community service requirement. By doing so, we can foster a sense of responsibility and encourage active engagement in the club’s initiatives. Community service not only benefits the club but also provides an opportunity for personal growth and social responsibility for our members.            We have observed that the attendance process during club activities

INCIDENT REPORT

One of the book shelves fell over on February 17, 2022, at approximately 8:30 am at the school library within the premises of Assumption College of Nabunturan. The incident involved the following individuals: Josh Cinco, a second-year Education student; Rose Lopez, a first-year BPA student; and Josephine Plaridel, a third-year Education student who had a minor injury. The library staff member, Ms. Francisca Gomez, witnessed the incident and immediately called the medical team, headed by Mr. Rafael Sanchez, the response team president.  To summarize, it is critical to develop safety measures and transmit reminders to students in order to avoid these events. The school should evaluate bookshelves and other library furniture on a regular basis for signs of wear and tear or potential risks. Check that the bookshelves are stable, properly affixed to the walls or the floor, and can support the weight of the volumes.

Guidelines during Pandemic   During pandemic, guidelines are critical for regulating and reducing disease spread. It provides a framework for public health protection by providing evidence-based recommendations on preventive measures such as wearing masks, practicing excellent hand hygiene, keeping physical distance, and being vaccinated. Following these principles reduces the risk of virus transmission and protects individuals and communities. Schools implement guidelines to emphasize the health and safety of students, teachers, and staff members. Pandemics, such as the recent COVID-19 pandemic, can rapidly spread in close-contact settings such as schools, making it critical to adopt protocols to reduce the risk of transmission.

MECHANISM DESCRIPTION

WASHING MACHINE  A washing machine is a home equipment that cleans and washes clothes, sheets, towels, and other fabric-based goods. It automates the washing process, making it more convenient and efficient than hand washing. A washing machine typically consists of a drum or tub in which the clothes are placed, as well as an agitator or impeller that pushes the garments around to ensure thorough cleaning. The machine is hooked up to a water supply, and water and detergent are added to the drum to make a cleaning solution. To agitate the garments and remove dirt, stains, and odors, the drum rotates or oscillates. Drum  The drum is the central part of the washing machine where clothes are loaded for washing. It is typically perforated or equipped with paddles to facilitate water circulation and movement of clothes during the washing process. Agitator In some top-loading washing machines, an agitator or pulsator is present in the center of the drum. It rotates or moves back and forth to

This graph depicts the relationship between the various strands. As we can see, the TVL (Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Strand) has the most boys, whereas the HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences Strand) has the most girls. I believe that TVL has the most males since it is meant to educate students with practical skills and knowledge in a variety of technical and vocational disciplines. It concentrates on tools, equipment, and electronics, which correspond to most guys' interests, whereas the HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences) strand frequently focuses on themes including communication, critical thinking, and understanding human behavior.
