Dear Ms. Jessica,

I am writing this letter of recommendation to address the matter of student attendance in school activities. While it is praiseworthy that our school places emphasis on student involvement in various events, I believe it is crucial to tackle the challenges arising from poorly organized and time-consuming activities.

I have noticed that the planning and management of these activities could be improved, resulting in conflicts and consuming excessive time for both students and faculty. It is essential to acknowledge that spending too much time on activities can adversely affect students’ well-being, academic performance, and their ability to maintain a balanced life.

In view of these concerns, I would like to propose a few suggestions to address the issues and the attendance process. Firstly, implementing enhanced planning and scheduling methods will ensure a well-organized approach to activities, preventing overlaps and unnecessary burdens on students. Secondly, promoting efficient time management during events by setting realistic time frames, ensuring smooth transitions between sessions. Lastly, encouraging student involvement in decision-making processes and seeking their feedback and suggestions will cultivate a culture of participation, aligning activities with their interests, abilities, and available time.

I firmly believe that by implementing these recommendations, we can strike a better balance between encouraging student participation and providing them with a comprehensive education while considering their overall well-being. It is crucial to create an environment that fosters personal growth without subjecting students to excessive stress and time demands.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope we can collaborate to ensure that our school activities are organized in a manner that maximizes student engagement while minimizing unnecessary conflicts.

Sincerely,
