Dear Ms. Flores,

          I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As a member of TACES, I am writing to propose a more effective and equitable penalty system for non-attendance during club activities, as well as an improved attendance management strategy. By implementing these changes, we aim to enhance the overall experience and ensure better participation from our members.

           Currently, TACES imposes fines for non-attendance during club activities. However, we propose replacing this monetary penalty with a community service requirement. By doing so, we can foster a sense of responsibility and encourage active engagement in the club’s initiatives. Community service not only benefits the club but also provides an opportunity for personal growth and social responsibility for our members.

           We have observed that the attendance process during club activities can be chaotic and inconvenient due to the large number of participants. To address this issue, we propose implementing a year-level-based attendance system. This approach will streamline the process, minimize inconvenience, and reduce overcrowding, ensuring a more organized and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

           We firmly believe that implementing these changes will contribute significantly to the growth and development of TACES. By replacing fines with community service and implementing a year-level-based attendance system, we can cultivate a more responsible and engaged membership, enhance the overall experience, and foster a stronger sense of community within the club.
